New lining in antique wool coats. Fab!!

Hello All Of My Lovelies,

It's cold today. Went from Summer to Winter in the same day on Wednesday here in Loveland, Colorado.

Seriously there are way too many things to update and navigate on the web. Like this https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/myphotos where I seemingly easily posted some of the clothing designs I have created.
But anyway, check out these pictures as to what I have made.

After uploading a video on how to do jeans hems properly, I finally figured out what to do so that YouTube would let me post that 16 minute tutorial. Check it out here so you can learn how to use your home machine to do a real topstitched jeans hem. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c3XhWzZbs60&feature=youtu.be
You will never see a more detailed tutorial on how to do this.

Can my sewing lounge survive? I've moved to a bigger location with a loft sewing lounge that's way bigger, and even retail downstairs. But...it took me three whole months to even open my doors. If you know any do it yourselfers around this area please send them my way. www.ripclubsewing.com.
I hope to write more about the antique wool coats that I am restoring one and restyling the other, but I have to go home now and have a day off. I'll take some pictures soon and explain what I did a bit.
Rest In Peace,
Bonnie

In the meantime feast your eyes on this!

Finally re-Opening the RIP CLUB!

After three months of being closed up while we ended up moving the shop from 1st street to downtown Loveland, I am opening the doors this Saturday! We are in the old Phoenix Nest Shop with the cool balcony. The grand re-opening will be Sept 14, 2012 at 6:00pm. I am so excited to have live music and my cute pixie models wearing their 40's style dresses. Wish me luck and come check us out if you'd like. It'll be super cool! http://www.ripclubsewing.com/
